Session Description

Organizations are built to provide something needed to the world. However, when it comes to providing something to the employees, they often fall short only focusing on providing a job, compensation, and sometimes benefits. Our world needs organizations more then ever to realize what affect they have on their employees and how the investment, or lack thereof, can even be the difference between life and death. We are going to take a look at the responsibility of organizations and how they support/undermine their employees’ wellbeing through their culture.

JT Galloway

JT Galloway has been working in the organizational culture and employee wellbeing space for over a decade and owns CoCulture LLC. During his time in this field, he’s been able to help companies get recognized locally, nationally, spending time on Fortune’s Top 100 companies to work for, as well as a Global Healthy Workplace Award through his efforts to make a positive impact on the lives of his clients, coworkers, and community. He is married to Heather and they just had their first child Nora, and enjoys raising funds for his local children’s hospital through Extra Life gaming.
