Building a Coaching Culture at Your Organization

Thursday 9:10 – 10:10am

Session Description

As HR leaders, we pride ourselves on being problem solvers. When it comes to coaching employees, they aren’t looking for us to solve the problem for them. In order to be an effective coach, we have to develop a different set of skills. Coaching is a strategic business tool that enables HR professionals to connect with their business customers in a way that drives engagement, accountability, and high performance.

Learning Objectives

  1. Understand the benefits of coaching as a strategic business tool
  2. Develop your coaching skills (sometimes this involves taking off our HR hat to connect with the business)
  3. Learn how to create a coaching culture within your organization
