Session Description

What does the increasing legalization of marijuana mean for your workplace and/or drug testing policies? Do you need to accommodate an employee’s use or possession of medical marijuana? This presentation provides employers with real world advice regarding the use and abuse of drugs in the workplace.

Melody Rayl

Melody Rayl is a Partner in the Kansas City office of national Labor & Employment firm Fisher Phillips. Her practice focuses on all aspects of employment litigation and counseling.
