Session Description

In this session, you will learn exactly who should be conducting investigations and who should be excluded from them. You will learn sound investigative methodology that will take you to the truth of the matter quickly, efficiently, and legally. You will gain a deeper understanding of the investigative process, how to document an investigation, and how to close a case.

  2. Gain a better understanding of sound investigative methodology.
  3. Learn when you can conduct an investigation yourself and when to call someone.

 


Norm Johnson, MBA, SHRM-SCP

Norm has been in business leadership for over a decade and has served in high level Human Resources positions in multiple companies that span various industries. Norm is currently the Director of Human Resources for Giant Communications. He is also the President of the Topeka, KS SHRM Chapter. Norm received his Master’s Degree in Business Administration in 2019 and is SHRM-SCP certified. Norm is a licensed Private Detective in the state of Kansas and helps companies with various investigations including sexual harassment, discrimination, theft, policy and procedure adherence, and more.
