Join me in examining the current state of the healthcare environment, newly emerging trends and “disrupters”, as well as strategies employers are deploying to align their health and welfare program offerings with their overarching organizational objectives.

Rob Sweatt

Rob joined Lockton in 1993 and was responsible for directing the service provided for many of Lockton’s most complex clients. In this role, he was instrumental in the training and development of the firm’s client management staff. Since 2001, Rob has been dedicated exclusively to consulting with both existing and prospective clients on all facets of health and welfare plans. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, financial modeling, health risk management, medical and Rx clinical data analytics, PBM contracting, healthcare reform, employee communication and global benefits. Rob has experience with employers in several industries, including financial services, energy, retail, restaurants, transportation, healthcare, food processing and manufacturing. Most of his clients are larger, self-insured employers in the U.S. and abroad. Rob has earned the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation as well as an MBA from the University of Kansas. He is also a registered representative and registered investment advisor.
