Session Description

As we head into 2022, what compliance issues do plan sponsors need to think about to survive another year? During this session, we will examine several regulatory changes that are expected to have a big impact on benefit plans in 2022. We will also discuss lingering COVID issues that impact employee benefit plans, including IRA flexibilities for FSAs, DOL “outbreak period” rules, ARPA COBRA subsidies, along with other compliance topics that are garnering momentum.
